Mr. Frick is the President and CEO of Innovative Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. He is an industry leader with more than 36 years in all aspects of pharmaceutical care concentrated in retail pharmacy, home health care and specialty infusion pharmacies, long term care, pediatric home health, hospice care, respiratory care, medical equipment services, psychiatric hospital and orthopedic hospital management services.

Dr. Reed is one of the foremost orthopedic surgeons in the world. Having received post graduate degrees at Washington University and Duke University he has generally practiced in the Kansas City area. In his career of nearly 40 years he is one of the most decorated and credentialed physicians in his field. He was the founder of one of the premier private orthopedic specialty hospitals in the Midwest. He was Chairman of the Board of Citizens Health Care Association. He was founder and Chairman of the Board of Partners Healthcare Development International. He is currently receiving his MBA degree from Olin School of Business, Washington University. He was a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force. He has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor (Orthopedic Surgery) at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He is a member of numerous medical societies, has held two grants and was a flight instructor.

Andrew Park has specialized in Emergency Room Medicine for 10 years in New York City and Kansas City.

Dr. Grosso has delivered premier dental services to patients of the Washington, DC area for nearly 20 years. He specializes in general dentistry with an emphasis in surgical dental procedures. He also serves as a part time professor at MCV School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA.

Dr. Hoover is the Director of Pharmacy for ARJ Infusion Pharmacy, a distinguished provider of specialty drug products concentrating on pediatrics. In his 25 plus year career he has experience in retail, hospital and home health specialty pharmacies.

Mr. Plitt is a nationally recognized leader in the field of Anesthesiology. His 35 year career in the Seattle market as a practitioner and an educator has been within private and institutional surgical centers as well as founding a freelance anesthesia practice. He has served on the board of several medical companies focused on anesthesiology. Additionally, Mr. Plitt has served as the President and on the Board of Directors of State and National professional associations.

A certified oncology nurse specialist for over 40 years, with extensive experience in infusion and home health.

Mr. Glazier is a highly specialized registered pharmacist, having served his profession for over 30 years with a specialty in Diabetes care and management.

Ms. Hessenflow is one of the leading nurse specialists nationwide in the field of Hospice Care. She is the Executive Director of Crossroads Hospice, one of the most highly regarded providers of hospice and end of life care. During her 30 plus year career she has also been a hands on patient caregiver and the Director of two hospital-based Home Health Care Agencies.

Mr. Lewis is a nationally recognized leader in the field of home health care nursing. As an entrepreneur in this area he has been the CEO of Home Health Agencies, and Adult Day Care Centers.
